Muvinai builds the RaveUp apps as whitelabel applications for organizations seeking to enhance community engagement. This SERVICE is provided by Muvinai at a cost to these organizations and is intended for use as is by their respective end users.

This page informs users and visitors about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information when using the RaveUp apps provided through our partner organizations.

Google Play Services

Log Data

We inform you that whenever you use the Service, in the event of an error in the app, we collect data and information (via third-party products) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, app configuration when using the Service, the time and date of your use, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are small data files commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from websites you visit and stored on your device's internal memory. The Service does not explicitly use "cookies." However, the apps may include third-party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and enhance their services.

Data Deletion

For Companion apps, users can request the complete deletion of their user and device information by navigating to their profile, selecting 'Edit', then choosing 'Account Settings', and finally selecting 'Erase Account and All Related Data'.

For all other apps, users can request the deletion of their personal information by sending an email to delfina@muvinai.com from the email address associated with their account. The email should have the subject line 'Request for Data Deletion' and specify the app from which the user wishes their data to be deleted.
