By downloading or using the RaveUp app provided by an organization partnering with Muvinai, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should therefore read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not permitted to attempt to extract the source code of the app, nor should you try to translate the app into other languages or create derivative versions. The app itself, along with all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the property of Muvinai.

Muvinai builds the RaveUp apps as whitelabel applications for organizations seeking to enhance community engagement. This SERVICE is provided by Muvinai to these organizations at a cost, and the app is intended for use as is by their end users. Muvinai is committed to ensuring the app is as useful and efficient as possible for these organizations and their communities. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or adjust the terms of service provided to organizations, at any time and for any reason. If the organization charges you for the app or its services, they will make it clear what you're paying for, and any such charges will be communicated by the organization providing your specific RaveUp app.

The RaveUp app stores and processes personal data you provide to us or the organization offering the app, in order to deliver the Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which involves removing software restrictions imposed by your device's official operating system. Doing so could expose your phone to malware, viruses, or malicious programs, compromise its security features, and may prevent the RaveUp app from functioning properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things Muvinai will not take responsibility for. Some functions of the app require an active internet connection, which may be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. Muvinai cannot be held responsible if the app does not function fully due to a lack of Wi-Fi access or exhausted data allowance.

If you use the app outside an area with Wi-Fi, the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. You may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage while accessing the app, or other third-party fees. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data costs if you use it outside your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you're using the app, we assume you have permission from the bill payer to use it.

Similarly, Muvinai cannot always take responsibility for how you use the app. For example, you must ensure your device remains charged – if it runs out of battery and you cannot access the Service, Muvinai cannot accept responsibility.

We may update the app from time to time. The app is currently available on Android and iOS, and system requirements (including for any future platforms we extend it to) may change. You'll need to download updates to continue using the app. Muvinai does not guarantee that the app will always be updated to remain relevant to you or compatible with your installed Android or iOS version. However, you agree to accept updates when offered. We may also discontinue providing the app and terminate its use at any time without notice, subject to our agreements with the organizations. Unless stated otherwise, upon termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app and, if necessary, delete it from your device.

We may update our Terms and Conditions periodically. You are advised to review this page regularly for changes. We will notify you of updates by posting the revised Terms and Conditions here or through the organization providing your specific RaveUp app.
